On Saturday, October 31, 2026, AICP Massachusetts invites the community to a fundraiser dinner at the Boston Marriott Peabody, 8A Centennial Drive, Peabody, MA 01960. Check-in begins at 6:30 p.m., with the program starting at 7:00 p.m. The night supports a major expansion: a new Islamic center and school campus in Danvers that will add space for a masjid, full-time Islamic education, youth and family programs, and community services, while keeping the existing Revere center open.

Who Is Hosting

AICP Massachusetts operates Masjid Ahlus-Sunnah wal-Jama'ah at 41 Marble Street in Revere. The masjid is open for the five daily prayers and hosts Jumu'ah each Friday (the website lists the khutbah and prayer around 1:05 p.m.). On its About page, the Association of Islamic Charitable Projects describes its work as teaching Islamic knowledge to Muslims and non-Muslims while contributing to community well-being. Public contact lines listed on aicpma.org are 781-284-6540 and contact@aicpma.org.

What the Danvers Project Is

According to the official Givebutter campaign linked from aicpma.org/give, the organization has acquired property at 152 and 160 Sylvan Street in Danvers. Organizers stress that this is an expansion of the Revere center, not a replacement. Campaign materials say the extra space is needed in part because TIES (The Islamic Education School) has grown and plans additional grade levels. The Danvers site is described as creating room for expanded Islamic education, masjid and prayer space, Quran and religious programs, youth and family activities, and broader community services.

The Fundraising Goal

The campaign goal is $3.2 million toward acquiring the Sylvan Street property and completing renovations. As of October 11, 2026, Givebutter showed about $782,250 raised, roughly 24 percent of the goal, from more than 110 supporters. Those totals move every day, so check the live campaign page for the current figure. Donations can be made online through Givebutter, and the campaign also notes Zelle donations at 508-649-5732.

Tickets and What the Evening Includes

RSVP is required through https://aicpma.org/give, which opens the Givebutter event page. As listed in mid-October, dinner seats are $100 per adult, with full tables of ten listed at $800. A separate kids program for ages 3 to 12 is listed at $15; organizers say children in that program stay in a separate room with food, drinks and activities. Ticket options change as seats sell, so confirm on the live page before you pay. Campaign copy also mentions performances by Inshad Boston. A speaker list, detailed agenda and menu were not posted on the pages we checked.

Watching From Home

aicpma.org and the Givebutter page both say the October 31 event will be livestreamed at https://givebutter.com/danvers. If you cannot attend in Peabody, that is the official place to follow along and donate remotely. Open the campaign page on event day for the stream link.
